Outside of work, Patric enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, cooking, and a good steak.

She enjoys spending time with residents, getting to know them personally, and being part of the close-knit atmosphere that makes Haywood Springs feels like one big family. Naturally outgoing, Skylar takes pride in being someone who can brighten another person’s day and bring a smile when it is needed most. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family and friends. Her personal experience with her grandmother’s dementia inspired her to pursue a career where she could support others facing similar journeys. Jayde treasures the relationships she builds with residents and the opportunity to make a positive difference through medication assistance, personal care, companionship, and support with daily living. She enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with residents through activities such as coloring. Above all, Jayde believes every resident deserves patience, kindness, dignity, and the chance to be known as a person, not simply by a diagnosis.
